Ayoub Loft 350m² - year 2019 in Santiago Building

The challenge in designing this beautiful loft was to link 3 floors (1 loft duplex and 1 simplex floor with 100m² of terrace) in a functional way creating a stairs that will link vertically the 3 floors as a decorative structural element but keeping the void of the loft present  with its original idea of double height volume . the  large and big windows in the living area contribute to feel the suspended outside garden of the main facade and the sunlight as part of the interior living spaces .
