This apartment was bought in a very bad shape in the City Center of Madrid in a 1940’s building. All the floor plan was rethink from scratch. The main idea was to create a haussmanian style apartment and the discovery of steel original pillars was a great surprise and fitted perfectly in the mood of the design.
