First time we transpose our concept of small apartments building to outside Beirut in new Naccache area. The building respects the green area  with its pine trees and is covered with upscale materials (natural stone and alucobond sheets)
The stunning sea view was a major challenge in the repartition of the functions inside the apartments and designing big windows to enjoy the view from several angles of the living areas.
